No. Do not send passwords or passcodes through the form or WhatsApp. If a test requires access, we discuss it with you first.

Yes. The applicable warranty is written on the service or fiscal document. It may cover up to 12 months depending on the work and component, and we explain the conditions before handover.

We treat data on your device as confidential: we do not share it with third parties and limit any access to the checks strictly required. We prioritise preserving your data whenever the device condition allows. If a procedure may require access, a reset or carries a risk of data loss, we discuss it with you beforehand. We still recommend a backup when possible, as some failures can make recovery impossible.

The number helps us identify your device precisely and prepare your repair request. For iPhone, enter the IMEI; for iPad, enter the serial number or IMEI if it is a cellular model. For other devices, use the serial number. This field is optional: leave it blank if you do not have the number handy.

Depending on the device and availability, parts may be genuine or compatible non-genuine, including previously used parts. Origin and condition are different: a genuine part is not necessarily new. The part type, condition and warranty terms are agreed before repair.

A label in a quotation is not enough to establish a part’s origin. What matters is who made it, whether it is new and what is being offered for your model. A compatible part is not genuine Apple merely because it is labelled OEM or “premium”.

Alongside price, consider brightness, colour accuracy, touch response and device features. A non-genuine screen may differ in these respects. Choose according to your specific model and needs, rather than relying only on a quality-grade label.

The message depends on the model, iOS version, part and completion of repair configuration. “Unknown Part” can indicate a non-genuine component, a malfunction or an unverified and unlinked part. The message alone does not establish the cause; inspection is needed.
