How iRestore receives and uses personal data through this website.Updated 11 September 2026

Data controller and contact

iRestore is the trade name used by the physical workshop at Bd. Ion Mihalache 174, Sector 1, 011181 Bucharest. Privacy contact: hiirestore.ro or +40 770 851 157. Full legal operator details must also appear on fiscal and intake documents.

Data we receive

We receive information you provide, including name, company, email, phone, device type/model, observed condition and request details. Hosting may produce security logs such as IP address, browser and access time. Do not send passwords, access codes or sensitive data through a form or WhatsApp.

Purpose and legal basis

We use data to answer requests, prepare assessments and arrange handover under pre-contractual steps or a contract. Records may be kept for legal obligations, site security and legitimate claims. Optional measurement or advertising requires consent.

Recipients and retention

Cloudflare delivers this website; this connection sends technical data, including your IP address, to the provider. The site uses fonts available on your device and does not download fonts from Google Fonts. The form button opens WhatsApp with your text included in the link. That text may reach WhatsApp/Meta when the link opens, before you send the message to the workshop. You can review and edit it in WhatsApp. Do not enter passwords or sensitive information. You can telephone us instead. We do not sell personal data. Data may be provided to authorities where the law requires it. Contact requests are kept for up to 24 months; statutory periods apply to service and fiscal records.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object, and withdraw consent. Contact hiirestore.ro. You may also complain to the Romanian data protection authority at dataprotection.ro.

External services and contact choices

Maps, WhatsApp and other external links open services with their own policies. Your optional-tool preference does not prevent connections you initiate or disable page delivery. Any necessary access to a device is discussed separately from the website form.

Microsoft Clarity — optional analytics

Only with your consent, Microsoft Clarity collects visited pages, clicks, scrolling, device and session data for heatmaps and session replay. Our purpose is website improvement; we do not grant advertising consent. Text and input fields are masked before transmission. Do not enter passwords or sensitive data. Microsoft receives technical and usage data; processing may take place outside the EEA under its privacy policy and applicable safeguards. Cookies _clck (up to one year) and _clsk (up to one day) may be used after consent. Clarity normally retains recordings for up to 30 days; some aggregated data or saved recordings may be retained for up to 9 months. Your choice is stored for up to 180 days in localStorage under irestore_analytics_consent_v2. Reject or withdraw through “Cookie preferences”; refusal does not restrict our services. Withdrawal stops future recording, but does not automatically erase data Microsoft already received. For data requests: hiirestore.ro.
